About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Hi Mr. Andrew, In Email # 11 you stated that you had a set amount of time to stay in China from the date of entry and not to worry about having to leave when the Visa expired.. but to leave after the alloted time of your entry. Does this apply to Business Visa's too?

My Business Visa expires July 15th and I thought I had to rush to HK to get another Visa...If what you say is true and if this does apply to Business Visa's then I can leave before the 15th of July and come back in China for another 60 days???

Thanks so much for your help..

Ms.SXYTXN, your business visa expires on July 15, you can leave before July 15 and re-enter before July 15 for another 60 days stay duration in China if you hold multiple-entry visa. You can't re-enter China after July 15 because your visa has expired. Once you re-enter China before July 15, you can still stay for 60 days even though the visa has expired. The valiidty refers to enter before, stay duration refers to enter after.
