Mr.GAMACHU, first, get a single-status certificate from the local Notary Office in Ethiopia, then certified by the Foreign Affaires Ministry of Ethiopia, at last go to Chinese embassy in Ethiopia to apply for authentication of single-status certificate. You can apply for China visa at the same time.
