Hi, I'm a Philippine national working in the tourism industry in Saigon. I'm heading off to Shanghai for travel exhibits, I have the original copy of the invitation and the details of the inbound and outbound tickets plus the activities in Shanghai. My problem is that I don't have the working yet as it is still on process since I just joined the company over a month ago. Will labor contract which I signed with the company will do with the invitation and flight details? The trip is next week already. Thank youCheers, Sally

Ms.Salome, now you don't have the Vietnam work permit, so maybe your application will be denied. Anyhow, please have a try to apply for business visa in Saigon. Maybe you can obtain a China Business Visa.
