my husband is in singapore as a student visa, can i able to go there in tourist visa, for meet my husband?

Mrs.celine, I think you can apply for a visa for family visit to go to singapore to visit your husband.

And one thing i did't enter my name and husband into the passport... but i have a proper mariage certificates, so can i able to travel
