About:China International Train Schedule

IT IS POSSIBLE TO TAKE THE TRAIN K23 FROM DATONG TO ULAN BATOR (OR I MUST TAKE THE TRAIN FROM BEIJING)??? AND IF YES, HOW MUCH IS THE COST??

If your departure country is within China, you must take the train in Beijing. As for the cost, you can submit an online booking inquiry.

Yes, you can. Train number K23 departs from Beijing only on Saturday at around7AM and it has one stop at Datong. One more thing, you can't buy the ticket at the Datong train station. Since the train departs from Beijing, you could only buy the tickets through a travel agency or at Beijing train station. K23-departs every Saturday; K3 leaves every Wednesday.
