About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

I'm a permanent resident. My Russian passport will be expired on April 12, 2011. I need to travel to china from Dec 1-10, do i have to renew my passport before my trip?

Mrs.Natalia, yes, you have to renew your passport before your trip to China, you need to apply for a Chinese visa to enter China, when you apply for China visa, Original passport with at least 1 blank visa page and valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of application is required.
