About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi.My friend was denied getting a visa in manila. Can he go to Hongkong to get a visa there so he can enter china? and whats the procedure when applying in hongkong?

Mr.andrew, now, it is not easy for Philippines passport holders to get China visa in Hk except that your friend hold Hk Id card or other residence permit.
