What will the official policy be for admitting HIV positive tourists who wish to visit Expo 2010 in Shanghai?

Mr.Randall, I guess that HIV positive tourists are not allowed to visit Expo 2010 in Shanghai, however, it is not strict, if you won't stay in China for more than 6 months, the Foreigner's medical Examination is not required, nobody won't check it, you can still apply for a China visa to visit Expo 2010.
