About:Exhibition of Decorations and Artwork

Hi,
Can I ask how it is with acceptance of American Express Credit Card in Shanghai?
It is generally accepted in stores, restaurants, subways etc.? Or I should rather be prepared for cash transactions?

As I know, the widely accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard and China Unionpay. It will be helpful taking some cash when traveling since you should pay for entrance fee, bus and taxi fare.. in cash.
