About:Simatai Great Wall

Hi,
I am planning to go visit the Simatai great wall in April, do I have to get the admission ticket in advance? or I can get it there? What's the best way to get there from the city?

No, you don't need to buy the admission ticket in advance. You can get it there.

You can take bus No.980 to Miyun County from Beijing Dongzhimen long distance bus station. From Gulou Dajie Street in Miyun County, there are taxies to Simatai Great Wall.
