About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

Dear,

Last year I got a visa multiple entry valid for 1 year (upto july 2010). However my passport is only valid until september 2010. Problem is that passport should be valid for more than 6 months when entering China. I already applied for a new passport, however the old one will be cancelled except the visum in it.
In this case can I still enter china with my old 'cancelled' passport with a valid visum in it new passport valid upto 2015?

br,
K

Mr.K.O, yes, I think that you can still enter China with your old passport and the valid visa on your new passport. In fact, you don't need to renew your passport, the passport valid for at least 6 months is required when you apply for China visa, when you enter China, the validity of your passport has one month beyond your stay duration, it is accepted by the immigration officers.
