Mr.lim, you can't apply for China visa through the internet, if you want to go to Kuala Lumpur to apply for visa, you have to submit visa application to Chinese Visa Application Service Centre (CVASC) Address: 2nd Floor, Plaza OSK, 25 Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

The visa office of Chinese embassy in Kuala Lumpur has refused to accept China visa applcation from oridinary passport holders.
