About:Eat Like a Local: 10 Best Kunming Foods

Anybody has tried Kunming Bittern Duck (Kunming Lu Ya)? or the Steaming-Pot Chicken (Qiguo Ji)?
Is it really good?
Which one is the best the duck or the chicken?

You can try both, because personally I like the chicken. It is in a port with soup and added with few herbal medicine.
