Could anyone tell me what days Chongqing to Lhasa runs in June 2010? Also, could anyone tell me what days Chengdu to Lhasa runs in June 2010?

The trains from Chengdu or Chongqing to Lhasa run every two days but not clear on even-numbered days or odd-numbered days.
