hello i am having X visa and now i like to study to another private acupuncture course instead of this one which i find much more useful educationally so in that case can the private institution can apply residence permit for me with in this 30 days after entry AND what if the formalities crosses after 30 days as i am having 000 duration of each stay thanks

If the private acupuncture course is qualified to enroll foreigners, it can help you to apply for residence permit. otherwise, it can't help you to get the residence permit.
