Hi,Mrs.Phia
You are right. The cheapest mode of transport between these places are mtr & bus. Are you asking the exact direction between airport to sheung wan (central), fortress hill to noah's ark, and disneyland to ocean park?

You should purchase 3 cards for you all, one for each:)

If possible, please taking metro which is cheaper than buses on some lines. Here, you could calculate the fare: http://www.mtr.com.hk/jplanner/eng/planner_index.php

Almost every transfer between metro could be finished in the station, no need to exit from the metro station. You could purchase the full-ticket at the starting point, until to get to your destination.

At Hong Kong Airport, you could take the bus E11 to get to Sheung Wan directly with a fare of HKD21/adult and HKD10.5/child. There are two stops in Sheung Wan respectively at Macau Ferry, Connaught Road Central and Harbour Building, Pier Road.
