About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I am an American citizen, born in china. Planning to visit my parents in China in August 2010 with two 9 year old chidren born in USA. we need visa, and is there any way to apply for visa without bring children to Chineae consulate personally fron cleveland, Ohio? And who can help.

you don't need to bring your children to the Consulate General of China in New York for visa application, you can apply for visa for them.
