First of all, there is no train from Tianjin Airport to Dalian. You should take the shuttle bus or cab to get to Tianjin Railway Station firstly. There are two train after 14:00 departing to Dalian.T225/T228 19:44~05:42 the next day CNY210~225/hard-sleeper CNY325/338/soft-sleeper.Z79/Z82   22:11~07:23 the next day
