HI,I'm travelling to China on Business for 2 weeks. Do I need to complete the Physical Examination document before applying for a visa? What vaccinations are required?

Ms.Susan, the Physical Examination document is not required for 2 weeks stay duration in China. If you stay in China for more than 6 months, the Physical Examination Document is required.
