Ms.wendy,
No.1 I am a bit confused. Did you mean which ferry terminal you can take ferry to Macau and how to reach that ferry terminal from the airport? Plus: how to go to Emperor Hotel after you arrive at Macau?

To go to Macau, you need take S1(HK$3.5) airport shuttle bus to Tung Chung. Then go to Tung Chung MTR Station to take Tung Chung Line to Hong Kong MTR Station. Then walk to Central MTR Station and take Island Line to Sheung Wan. Time: around 40 minutes. Cost: HK$20.5.

HK-Macau Ferry Terminal is very close to Sheung Wan MTR Station. There you can take turbojet to Macau. Please read this page to learn timetable and ticket fare:
http://www.turbojet.com.hk/eng/schedule/prd.html

After arriving at Macau Maritime Terminal, find free shuttle bus offered by Emperor Hotel. It will take you to your hotel.

No.2 Take turbojet back to Sheung Wan in Hong Kong and take Island Line to Central. Then change Tsuen Wan Line to Prince Edward. Exit C1 or C2 and walk along West Prince Edward Road to Royal Plaza Hotel.

Yes. There is another alternative but more expensive. You may take helicopter from Macau to Hong Kong. It costs around HK$2600.
