About:Chinese Embassy in Poland

Hello
I am going to China to visit some friends. I am from Spain but I am living in Warsaw, so do I need Polish Resident Permit if I am from a EU country?
Thank you very much!

Mrs.San, if you have the Polish Residence Permit, then you are permitted to apply for China visa in Poland, if not, you can have a try to apply for China visa in Poland. Generally speaking, Foreigners other than Polish should have valid Polish visas or valid Residence Permits in Poland.
