dear Ms. Helper;
Thanks for the information.. I would like to post another question. yesterday, I called up the travelagencies in Hk that has been issuing china visas. They said they cant even issue 6 months visa to philippine passport holders because of the Asian games in Guangzhou? When does Asian games end? and when do you think things can be back to normal again with the visa issuance. I have some relatives who would like to come on a business trip and they got china visas before but it was long a time ago like 2003.. and they've decided to come to china again on a business visa multiple entry which they usually acquire in Hongkong very easily. But now it seems much more difficult than the olympic games. Do you have any idea when is this gonna end and things are back to normal again? thanks.. have a great day!

Ms.maria, as I know, now the visa regulations for Filipino applicants are very strict even in Phlippines, so it is also difficult to get a China visa in Hk.

Ms.maria, yes, you need to apply for new Residence Permit under you new employer in the new city.

In case of changes of the information specified in your residence permit (such as address, place of work/employment), you must, within 10 days, register the changes with the permit-issuing authority.
