Please tell me how to go to Huahui Garden, LUOXIXICHENG, PANYU GUANGZHOU,
from Guanzhou railway station, Or from any nearby subway is fine

Is it Luoxixincheng, Luo Xi New City? If so, you could take the metro to get to Lijiao or Xiajiao station of Line 3 and then go there by cab.

There is one Vanguard around Luaxi new city, Do you know the street name? or how could I check the list of Vanguard supermarket list around Panyu District? I have seen one site (http://www.crv.com.cn/main/index.shtml) but all in chinese. If you dont mind please check they have listing around Panyu district with street name..
