About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi! I'm currently residing in Singapore and holding a dependent pass. Can I use my bank certificate here in Singapore instead for the requirement? thank you..

Ms.Lyn, I'm a little puzzled, do you want to apply for Chinese visa in Singapore or in Philippines? Have you been China before? If you have the previous visa stickers on your passport, then the bank certificate is not required.
