Can i drive in shanghai with my singapore driving license?If not, how can i get a china driving license, Im a tourist with a 60days visa in china

Mr.james, you can't drive in Shanghai with your Singapore driving license, in fact, in most situation, the traffic police won't check the driving liense except that you make traffic accident.
