Hi! I'm a filipino citizen but holding a dependent pass here in Singapore. I just want to ask if I can apply Chinese visa (tourist) here instead of going back to Philippines?

Ms.Lyn, I'm afriad that you have to return to Philippines to apply for China visa, as I know, many Filipinos holding the WP, DP, EP, STP are refused for visa application in Singapore. The visa requirements for Filipinos are different from the ones for applicants of other countries, Filipinos have to provide a long list of required documents for L visa application
