About:Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia

Mr. Andrew, Thanks for the reply dated March 17 at 22:15 Hrs. Re: Imtiaz. My daughter is on vacation to Riyadh at present and now she has both the passport old and new. Is it possible for her to travel and then get transfer the residence visa to new passport while she will be in changchun. So many countries allow if you have visa on old passport and holding the new passport along with old then they allow to get in to the country. She is planning to go Changchun, Jilin after 15 days. Since the embassy doesn't have authority to transfer the residence visa to new passport then she can get this thing done in Changchun. Please advise. Thanks.

Mr.Imtiaz Ali, yes, I also hear that it is ok for aliens to come to China by holding the new passport and old paspsort together if the residence visa or other type of visa is on the old paspsort. I guess that your daughter can return to China in this way, after returing to Changchun, then she can apply for a residence visa on his new passport if the college will help her.
