No Mc Donald's, but you can find fast food and snacks inside the park, such as Royal Banquet Hall, Clopin's Festival of Food, Qick Bites in Fantasyland, Starliner Diner, Comet Cafe and grab Quick Snack in Tomorrowland, as well as other restaurant in Advenureland and Main Street, USA. It will be more expensive than dining outside the park, but not too much if you east fast food. Or you can consider to prepare food in advance.
Which park of Kowloon are you going to after Disneyland? You can take mtr to Sunny Bay first and then change to Tung Chung Line to Lai King. Then change to tsuen Wan Line to Kowloon area. If you want to shop at Lady Street, you should get off the mtr at Mong Kok. Yes, there is a good shopping place in Lantau which is much nearer to Kowloon. That is the Citygate Outlets above Tung Chung Mtr Station. If you want to go to the Peak, you should follow the instruction I mention above. Take Tsuen Wan Line but get off at the end of the line, Central. Then walk 15 minutes to the Peak.

Thank u so much for the info jason.. we really appreciate it.. well, we're planning to go to macau on our 2nd, on our last day, we would want to go to madame tussauds and before going to d airport (our flight back to the philippines is at 10pm) we would want to go to ngong ping for the cable ride.. coming from d peak how what rides do we have to take to reach ladies' market and then ladies market to ngong ping? by the way, is city gate outlet near disney too? thanks again..
