Yes, some of the drivers may do these, but you could hire a cab just at the exit of the railway station which are controlled orderly. I also took the train from Xian to Beijing by morning last summer, easily to hire a cab~

If you are worried too much, please follow the directions to the bus terminal at the south square of the railway station. Here, you could catch the bus 109 to get Dongsi Lu Kou Dong, the Lishi Hutong is located in the walking distance to the bus stop.
