About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I hold a Singapore passport (but living in the US) and want to visit China next month (April 2010) for 7days. Do I need a China Visa? I've been to China last Dec without visa but someone told me because of the Shanghai Expo 2010 there might a change to the visa-free policy? Is that true?

You don't need a China visa for 7 days visit, now, the official website of China embassy in Singapore haven't sent notice about the temporary suspendence for 15 days Visa-fress access for Singaporeans, so now you still don't need a visa to enter China.
