It will be convenient and won't be too expensive. However, Dameisha and Xiaomeisha beaches are a little far from downtown. There are public transportation to there but I am afraid it would be hard for you as a stranger. You can also hire a taxi at a price of RMB100-120Yuan per way. You can talk the price with the driver in advance. Have a nice time!
