About:Chinese Embassy in India

I AM INDIAN, CAN I GET DEPENDENT VISA FROM INDIA, FOR SAME WHAT ALL DUCUMENT REQUIRED HERE, IF NOT POSSIBLE CAN GET DEPENDT VISA FROM CHINA AFTER ENTERING IN CHINA ON OTHER TYPE OF VISA. AS MY SON IS IN CHINA ALREADY. LET ME KNOW PLEASE.

Mr.LAXMAN, it is possible for you to apply for dependant visa from India, doesn your son hold work visa or student visa in China?

My son has work visa in china ( z visa)kindly let me know what all document i should have to get D (dependent visa) from India.

You can apply for work visa as your son's accompanying family dependents, you should provide the following documents:
(i) Original passport which has more than 6 months left before it expires from the date of application and sufficient blank visa pages (18 months and more left if intended stay in China is more than one year).
(ii) One completed Visa Application Form (e-Form / Download) with a recently-taken passport photo. All the items on the application form should be fully filled in with genuine information;
(iii)Covering letter from applicant.
(iv) "Physical Examination Record for Foreigner" issued by doctors from an Indian state hospital. The photo on the Record should be stamped by the hospital.(Valid for 6 months from issued date)
(v) Photocopy of the personal data page of applicant's passport.
(vi) Photocopy of Applicants Educational qualification or Professional qualification
(vii)Accompanying family dependents of personnel working in China should provide related note, letter or visa notification issued by an authorized unit or documents proving their status as dependents.
(viii)Covering letter or introduction letter of Chinese company,Following things to be mentioned on the covering letter.
(1) Nature or Kind of business of the company
(2) Number of foreign Employee in the company
(3) Number of Indian Employee in the company
