About:China Visa Exemption

Hi,

My partner is currently in China on business he has been there for 2 days and is coming home tomorrow.
Unfortunately he lost his APEC card which allows him entry/exit without a Visa.
How does he go about getting an exit visa from china?
He has his New Zealand Passport and a photocopy of the APEC card.
Please help!

Ms.Bews, he can report the loss to local police station, then go to the local Exit & Enter Department under the Public Security Bureau to apply for a Chinese visa on his New Zealand passport, the photocopy of the APEC is helpful for him to get a Chinese visa within Mainland China.
