I am sorry that I am not familiar with hotel things in Kowloon. By the way, Kowloon is not a small place. You may lodge in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei and Mong Kok areas. The metro is very convenient. You can easily use it to get to any place you want to visit.

Can we visit the golden bauhinia sq, victoria peak, mdm tussauds and symphony of stars? do we need to book any tour to see all these places ? or can we visit on our own - if by own how do we travel?

You needn’t book any tour. Just visit these attractions on your own. But you might not visit all these places just one evening. See, you may go to the Avenue of Stars to enjoy the Symphony of Lights at 8 pm. After that, you may go to see the night view of the Victoria Peak. But you may not have enough time to visit mdm tussauds wax musem located at the peak because it closes at 22:00.
And I do not recommend you to visit golden bauhinia sq. It is not as interesting as you imagine. If you really want to visit it, I suggest you go there in early morning to see flag rising ceremony. The ceremony starts at 8:00 am. You can take star ferry at Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Terminal to Wan Chai and then walk two or three minutes to golden bauhinia sq.

To visit the Avenue of Stars, you may go to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station and then walk there. It won’t take long time.

To Victoria Peak, you need take MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui to Central. Then go to Central Peak Tram Terminus to use peak tram.

24th - disney land tour and evening back to hotel - is it ok? from kowloon hotel how to reach disney land and back to hotel?

It sounds good. You can take Tsuen Wan Line to Lai King and change Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay. Then take Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland. It takes around 40 minutes. After having fun in Disneyland, just take reverse route back to your hotel in Kowloon.

25th - new lantau island avenue of stars? evening what to see? after lantau can we go to see the Tsing Ma Bridge? pls revert how do we go from lantau to Tsing ma bride?

I suppose you go to visit Giant Buddha and experience Ngong Ping 360 Cable car on Lantau Island. You can take Tsuen Wan Line to Lai King and change Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung MTR Station. Then walk to Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal to take Ngong Ping 360 cable car to Ngong Ping Village. Then walk around 5 minutes to Giant Buddha.

To visit Ting Ma Bridge, take Tung Chung Line from Tung Chung MTR Station to Tsing Yi and exit A1 and then take a taxi or No.308M bus.
