About:Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia

My daughter is medical student in China. She is holding the residence visa on her old passport but that page is not cancelled by Indian Embassy. I have her new passport now. If that residence visa is required on new passport then what I have to do to get that visa stamped on new passport. Please clarify and oblige. What attachment needed for the embassy to get the visa stamped on new passport. Do you need any paper from her college. She is studying in ChangChun, Jilin. I will appreciate your help very much. Regards.

Mr.Imtiaz Ali, you can send the new passport to her, she can apply for a residence visa stampled on her new passport at the Exit & Enter Department under Changchun Public Security Bureau. Her collegle can send her a certificate to prove that she is the student studying in the collegle, then it will be easy for her to get a new residence visa on her new passport.

The Chinese embassy in Saudi Arabia doesn't provide the service of transfering residence visa on old passport into new passport.
