About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Good afternoon...
I will be applying for a visa going to China, however, i am a little bit worried regarding my documents. I have all the documents needed for visa application like NBI, employment certiticate,ITR,TIN, SSS,bank certificate. My question is, is it possible for me to get a china visa even im holding a passport where my name still appeared to be single..and my documents appeared to be married also..MY surname in my passport bears my surname ENDOZO when i am still single..however all the documents i used bears a surname ENDOZO-LARCE which is already a married one.I was not able to update my passport yet into married status. What will I do to get a visa. I will go to Nachong China for 2 day Congress related to our field.I already travelled to Dubai for 2 weeks last year.Any possibility that I can get a visa?
