About:China Embassy in Thailand

Hello,
We are a family from the Netherlands but we live in Thailand. We want to go to China for round trip in the summer. We need visa from China Embassy in Bangkok.I have a few questions:
-Do we (2 adults,2 children) all come to ambassy in person or can one of us apply for all?
-Can we ask a third party to take care of visa application?
-Do we have to pick-up the passports in person or can it be done by one or third party?
-What is current fee for tourist L visa?

Thanks in advance for answering my questions!
Marie Louise

- you can ask someone else or a travel agency to apply for visa on behalf of you all
