Hi, I will be travelling from 3rd Aug to 8th Aug.
Can i know how is the weather like? Heard that it is a typhoon month, please advice?

Yes, very July to Sep is the typhoo season in taiwan; however, it will not cause serious problem if you were in downtown area. If you would like a nice, please delay your travel to Oct. Anyway, please pay attention to the weathe forecast.
