i am staying at the regal riverside what train or bus i need to get to get there

The hotel offers free shuttle bus to Sha Tin MTR Station. Tain metro from Sha Tin to Hung Hom and then change to another line to Tsm Sha Tsim East (one stop only). TST East is close to TST station, accessible with a passageway.
