About:Food Culture

It has actually been scientifically proven that it is unhealthy if u dont eat breakfast and if u eat lots of food for dinner.U would turn FAT!!

it's also proven drinking 2 cups more coffee caused heart disease..i don't think these habit things can be changed..

Wow.. that statistic about coffee could not be more wrong. Might want to check these things before blindly posting.
