About:Changchun

Greetings, I am a Malaysian and planned to have a trip to China at around May with my family and relatives for 8 days. I have one question here. If I were to apply for the Visa to China, what is the suitable time for me to go to the office since it stated no appointment is needed. But the thing is the Office Hours: 9:00am -11:45am, Mon.-Fri. (except public holidays of China & Malaysia) only 2 hours and 45 minutes allocated for the VISA application or am I getting it wrongly? Please correct me if i'm wrong. I am an University student and if i were to cope with the time allocated I would have to arrange my time so that it won't clash with my classes. Thanks in advance.
