About:China Visa Application Requirements

I am a Malaysain staying in Johor Bahru. I'll be going to China in April. Can my sister, who is in KL ,help me to apply for the China visa? Thanks.

yes, your sister can apply for a Chinese visa on your behalf, she should go to Chinese Visa Application Service Centre for Chinese visa application rather than the chinese embassy:
