Is it possible to get a single or double entry visa in one day in Seoul for a non Korean resident. I am an Italian passport holdere

Mr.angott, you can't get a double entry visa within one day in Seoul, you have to apply for Chinese visa through one of the appointed travel agencies, it will takes at least 2 working days if you apply for express service.
