Hi ,I 'm planning to visit Taiwan on July 9-14 .Will it be always raining or too hot? It is possible to view some pretty blooming flowers at that time...as i knew it was on April actually.....

It is hot in July, about 33-35 degrees. It may rain in the afternoon when it is too hot. You can see flowers in Yangming Shan Park. There are flowers booming in summer, different from Spring.
