hi, my friends and I are planning to go to Taiwan in December for the Christmas and New Year week this year. But a lot of people commented that it is not a good period to travel as it's very cold and it is also typhoon season. Is that true? Need your advices, Thank you very much!

December is not in typhoon season. Winter in Taiwan is quieter. yes, it is a bit cold for you. Generally, it is nearly 20 degrees. If there is a cold air flow, it may be 10-15 degrees. Hope this helps.
