Are there direct buses to Qingdao? And from what bus station?

Do you mean from Tai'an? If so, direct buses are available. The Departure station is Tai An Bus Station at Dong Yue Avenue Ying Sheng Road Crossing (东岳大街迎胜路口). The first bus leaves at 06:00 and the journey takes about 5 hours.
Or you can take D train in 3.5 hours if you want a faster journey.0
