As the Application Office Hours is 09:00-11:30 (Monday-Friday),which is during my office hours and I cannot be away.Do you have a online application instead?

Chinese embassy in Singapore doesn't provide the service of online application, you have to go to the embassy or entrust someone else to apply for you（no need for a power of attorney）.
