thanks for a platform like this, is there where i can buy electronic brands especially latest phone like blackberry, motorola in particular & sony ericsson?

No licensed blackberry there. Motorola and Sony Ericsson are easy to find in electronics malls and shopping centers. You want in Haikou? You can get to 4F of Mingzhu Plaza （明珠广场) in Haixiu East Road.
