About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

Can I take muesli and dried milk powder into China for personal use and go through the green lane.

If they are for personal use, I think that you can bring them in and go through the green lane. But make sure that you won't too much. Otherwise, you might pay the tax.
