Can anyone explain to me how Working Visa works in China? Someone told me I can stay much longer in China with a Working Visa than Visitor Visa.Thanks

Mr.Peter, The China work visa holder should go through the procedures for obtaining the Residence Permit for aliens in local public security bureau within 30 days of entry, to avoid illegal stay. Work visa only permits you stay in China for 30 days, but the Residence Pemit can pemit you stay in China for 1 year. In fact, the work visa is the interim of Residence Pemit which permit you stay in China legally for a long time. The tourist visa is generally single entry, valid for 3 months, 30 day stay duration in China.
